Dear guests, the philosophy of the owners of the Caravaggio Furnished Suites is to create a micro environment where our Guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest.
The decoration and equipment of the units is authentic and individual. All units harbour a fully equipped kitchen and we encourage Guests to use it.
To ensure the safety and comfort of the guests, we have established guidelines.
We assume that our Guests are familiarised and fully understand the Rules at the beginning of their stay in our accommodation. If there are any questions please contact us to clarify.
Room check in is from 2 p.m. Check out is until 12 p.m. In case of early check out, we’d like to be informed in advance and eventual bills must be settled at the same time.
All departures after 12 p.m. will be considered as late departures and an additional cost of 20€ per hour will be applied to our Guest’s account. If departure is after 6 p.m. an extra night, will be charged. Nonetheless management is ready to accommodate individual needs and requests.
The Suites function basically keyless, therefore Guests receive the access codes upon registration or in case of late arrivals Guests will be able to obtain access codes by contacting the premises in advance.
In line with fire and general safety regulations it is imperative to keep the entrance door to individual units closed at all times.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. Neither pets nor minors (under 18 years of age) are allowed on the premises, not even when accompanied for a simple short time visit.
We encourage our Guests to use the kitchen at their convenience but frying, grilling and cooking that results in strong lingering odours spreading in the building is forbidden.
Any type of open fire: candles, oil lights, grilling is not allowed because of fire safety rules.
From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every Guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other Guests or neighbours.
We reserve the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guests who disturb other Guests or in other ways disrespects the House Rules.
For your convenience we have provided a safe deposit box, located in the wardrobe in your room. If accidentally the box is blocked or personal code lost, please contact the front office for help. The premises don't bear any responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform the Front office. We suggest guests double check the safe deposit box in the room upon departure.
All rooms have inverter air conditioning. Please note that when the air condition is functioning the guests are asked to keep all windows closed (for energy saving purposes).
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. In case of non-compliance with this rule the Suites is obliged to charge a penalty of 200€ according to local law.
For the convenience of our Guests we have arranged a designated area by the pool, where smoking is possible; access is possible through the Wellness in the basement.
We have a snug Wellness (treadmill, rowing device, cross-trainer, sauna and hot tub) situated in the basement; rules regulating the use of the Wellness and access codes are available on request at the front office.
We have a year round heated open air swimming pool, accessible for our guests on simple request. In general the pool is accessible from 8 am to 9pm; special requests can be discussed at the front office. The specific rules to use the pool are equally available at the reception.
When you travel to our premises on or with electric bikes, be informed that charging the batteries must be done in your personal units.
Wi-Fi internet is free and available on all levels of the premises. Passwords are provided at the front office or in case of late arrival will be present in the room.
Linen is standardly changed every third day or at the end of the guest’s stay. Used towels are changed daily on request.
In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. House rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, the house representatives reserve the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
Guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the Suites. Bathrobes and footwear will be provided on Guest’s request.
The house asks the guests to leave their in-use footwear at the entrance of their rooms and use the slippers that we are providing inside their lodging.
We are located in an area of the world with rather unpredictable weather. When our guests have any issues with rain-soaked clothes, please contact the reception and we will take care of the problem. Anyway feel free to use the umbrellas that are at your disposal on every floor.
It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals on the premises. Bringing in supplementary heating or cooling devices is strictly forbidden.
We can arrange car or bike parking facilities after an advance request; a fee will be applicable; we don't take responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking.
For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Suites. The Suites keeps the right to require a guarantee for extra expenses during the reservation process or at the check in. Minimum amount to be deposited is 500€ per room. Payment guarantee is required.
Each room is conceived to accommodate a specific maximum number of Guests, letting more people stay in the room is not allowed.
Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the front office. Visits are allowed until 8 p.m. and in case of extended visit (after 8 p.m.), the hotel will charge an additional amount of 50 euros including VAT per person per night.
In case of a long stay the services are to be paid on the weekly basis and in advance.
Please check for details with the front office. If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform 24h prior to departure. Otherwise full night stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the suites caused by misbehaviour and disrespect of House Rules, we reserve the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.
In case of a fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached on the inside of your main room door.
It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, cutlery, furniture or decorative elements etc). When the Guest is interested in acquiring a specific item, he should contact the front office.
If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience and we will take action as fast as possible to remediate the inconvenience
In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when Suites has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount
